Up to 10% breakage, damage or inconsistencies in quality of material is considered acceptable and Stone-Mart is not liable for that material. Stone-Mart will not accept returns on eBay purchases. Deliveries cannot be revised within 24 hours of the scheduled departure date. Deliveries must be inspected upon arrival. Missing or damaged items need to be noted on the delivery receipt and signed by the receiver and driver. No claim will be accepted for any reason after installation. Stone-Mart is not responsible for discoloration of materials after delivery acceptance. All deposits are non refundable. The purchaser agrees that all deliveries are curbside. Stone-Mart is not liable for any lost, damaged or stolen products after delivery. The purchaser agrees that the exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes under this agreement shall be in the state or Federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
