Obverse: in the center of the coin is placed the double-headed eagle of the flag that was raised in Vlora. The face value of 100 Lekë is written in relief under it. It is written in the arch above "November 28, 1912" and in the arch below "100 YEARS OF INDEPENDENCE", placed in a vertical direction, two different times, in a time line of 100 years, which unites the history of Albanians. In an imaginary circle are placed 100 small stars that close the realization of the drawing.
Reverse: the coin is divided into two circles. In its central part is placed the Act of Independence. In the second circle is written in the arch above " SHQIPËRI -ALBANIA 2012" and in the lower arch "ACT OF DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE". In an imaginary circle are placed 100 small stars that close the realization of the drawing.
