    Description

    Up for sale is an Astatic 40-118 Weighted Base with Push to Talk switch and a cord.  This item is new and works perfectly but it has been sitting on the shelf for a few years.  With the base switches it can be set to power up muted, power up active, and the switch can be configured for push to talk or push to mute.  If you use either of the power up (on or off) switch settings the switch acts as a push on/push off where you do not have to hold the switch while talking.  This does require phantom power to work so make sure your equipment is capable of providing phantom power.  Just add your own gooseneck mic (not included) and your ready to announce any event.  This item is still in production and normally sells for 135 based on the CAD website.  Buy it here and save.
