Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) Souvenir Card
B57, issued for the American Numismatic Association Convention ANA '82 show held in Boston, Massachusetts.
The card features intaglio reproductions of the vignettes that have appeared on the back of the  Federal Reserve Note since 1935, which feature both sides of the Great Seal of the United States.
The card has been cancelled at the BEP Visitors Center in Washington, DC on its First Day of Sale.
