OTHER INFORMATION/DESCRIPTION:  Ivory porcelain baby buggy / pram is highlighted with silver paint.  It has a ribbon hanger with writing.  A heart
"year" charm hangs from the hood of the buggy. It looks like the heart charm could potentially be carefully removed if desired.
This is a new item.  Some box handling/shelf wear may exist.
