New reproduction RCA MODEL 44 call sign flag plate.
I can put whatever call or text you would like on the flag.
The default color is black with white lettering, however gray with white lettering and a black insert is also available (see last picture).
The front and back of the flag have raised lettering.
The flag attaches to YOUR microphone using slightly longer grill screws (not provided).
No microphone is included, you're purchasing the reproduction flag only.
This flag is my own creation, and as close to the original as I could get.  I consider it faithful to the original and at a fraction of the cost.
