Grundig SENNHEISER W-1 Vintage Dynamic Stereo Microphone System w/ Tripod W Germ

Description

Offered is a pair of Vintage Grundig Microphones.  These are high-quality Cardioid Mics made by Sennheiser for Grundig in West Germany in the late 1960's.  The mics have factory cords attached of about 15 feet. Each has a 3-Pin DIN Style plug commonly used with the Grundig equipment of the era as well as other manufacturers.  The mics and cords have grime, possibly nicotine.  The matching Tripod is also included, Made in W. Germany. It has a threaded fitting witch fits the nut on the mic assembly.  The Tripod is a high quality type with brass telescoping legs which extend to almost 4 feet.  The Tripod legs have original rubber feet in place-each is in good condition.  The tripod is in fine condition overall.  The coil windings within measure continuity of about 65 ohms, 1.3 and 1.4K on my VOM on each mic.  The mics were still set up with the Radioman's recording gear when obtained.  It appeared to be an old school pseudo studio where the boys sat around recording jam sessions.  They probably all smoked.  Besides the grime, the Mics and Tripod are nice and these Tripods are seldom offered these days.  Grab the whole setup for your own project or studio of your own.
