Hopi Kachina Doll - Motsin, the Disheveled Kachina by Harry Tallas - Vintage!

Presented today is this very nice vintage Hopi Kachina doll from about 1970, depicting Motsin, the Disheveled Kachina. This wonderful example stands 13 inches tall and was carved by the prolific though obscure Harry Tallas, of Hotevilla. It has obviously collected 50 years worth of scuffs and stains, but all these give it a dignified patina of age. Also, some of the joints are cracked, another sign of the piece's age. This is a very nice vintage Kachina doll, and it has been in my collection for a
very
