    depicting the Salako Mana Kachina. This beautiful figure is seen with with the Salako Taka, in the Hopis' equivalent of the Shalako Ceremony. This beautiful Old Style example, standing 13 and a half inches tall, was carved by the talented and respected carver, Martin Dallas, of Moencopi. Martin carves with a sensitive vitality, and his work is always reverent and sincere.  This doll is an excellent example of his work, and would look great in any Kachina doll collection, and both from the standpoint of subject matter and remarkably traditional appearance, it would definitely call attention to itself. i am very proud to represent the work of this talented artist, and to offer his artwork to all of you, my friends.
