Presented today is this very vintage Hopi Kachina doll, depicting a Koroasta, or Dress Kachina. Standing 7 inches tall, it was carved around 1970, and comes from a large collection of a Hopi friend, in Bacavi. It has a wonderful archaic quality, and would look great in any Kachina doll collection.
