Presented today is this wonderful set of Hopi Dance Wands. Designed for a young girl perhaps only 10 or 11 years old, they are obviously vintage. The wands measure 5 inches long. The wands are of a type seen in the Buffalo Maiden Dance. i came into a
serendipitous
collection of dance wands and vintage Cradle Kachinas from a Hopi friend, and this is part of that collection. As you hold these wands in your hands, you can feel the history inside them.
