Vintage risqué plastic toy - Caribbean man in skirt.  When you push down on his head, his penis lifts the skirt up.  Comes with original box labeled Black Power.  Made in Hong Kong.

The cloth is probably not as tight as was when new.  The doll shows some wear but still functions when you push his head down.  Please email if you have any questions and refer to pictures.
