The company ran for about 30 years and disbanded in 1990.
These mics were originally produced for use in close proximity public address applications, including transit vehicles, schools and factories. Now sought after by blues harp musicians.
This petite but bold sounding mic
measures 2" 1/4 long by 1" 7/8 round, fitting
very comfortably in the hand
. It's
in
excellent physical condition
with only mild signs of wear on its black enameled metal casing. The front wire screen grill is clean and straight. Sonically this dynamic mic
produces hot output
with a wicked audio profile, particularly well-suited for blues harp.
Included is the proprietary 3 pin DIN connector cable,
5 feet in length terminating with a 1/4" male phono plug. There is a good video demo of this mic online recorded by a blues harp musician.
