RPPC Tri-Champion Fun Yeng Czarina of Chuchow Pekingese Dog Show Winner

Up for consideration we have an RPPC of Tri-Champion Dog Show Winner Fun Yeng Czarina of Chuchow, which is a lovely Pekingese, from the 1920's. I say this is an RPPC because of the size, which is 5 3/8"x 3 3/8", but it has no postcard backing.
