You are bidding on an INCREDIBLE, one-of-a-kind Vintage Wooden Black Bear Kachina Doll signed by Johnny Burgess from Jemez Pueblo NM.
This authentic, hand-carved figure stands at 18 inches, and beautifully hand-painted and decorated with feathers, fur, silver, turquoise jewelry and more. The condition is GOOD, but unfortunately, after some years in storage, the doll does have some noticeable wear and tear. There are slight scuffs on the paint, some of the head feathers are a bit threadbare, and one of the claws is falling off (can likely be re-glued). Please refer to the pictures for details.
