Here we have a wonderful Vintage Bighorn Sheep Kachina. It is pre-owned and in very good condition without any damage or repairs. It is dated 6-17-76. Carved from cottonwood root, it measures approximately 16" tall, that is top of head not feathers and it is signed by the carver Roger Jackson on bottom of the stand. Roger carves with great delicacy, grace and precision. This version of the Hopi Sheep Kachina is a delightful example. It is accurately portrayed, and beautifully carved and finished.
