    Description

Vintage Hopi Kachina by Larry David - Left Hand Kachina  2001  8 1/4" tall
We purchased this kachina directly from Larry in 2001 from Polacca First Mesa during one of our trips.  It is from our personal collection. Larry was active from the 1960's until his passing in 2006.
It's very well done and measures 8 1/4" tall.
This dynamic figure is Siyangephoya, the Left-Handed Kachina, a hunter. Hunter kachinas are related to warriors, but affect game animals rather than people, or other kachinas.
