Vintage INTERMEDIATE Girl Scout DRESS-TIE-HAT-BOOK-PINS 1940’s

Description

This is for an INTERMEDIATE DRESS. It is the Standard one with a fitted waist-there are a few stitches missing but no holes. It has action pleats on each side of the back yoke. It has the button down collar so the tie stays in the correct position. It is a 6 gored skirt. The dress is made from a washable sanforized cotton covert that is vat-dyed a bright medium green. The Tie is 6” wide with embroidered logos on both ends. The dress has 3 year stars, the World Association and Trefoil Pins. The Hat is 100% wool with the Trefoil Logo cut out on it. This is the correct hat for this uniform. There are a few moth holes and divets on it as most of them have. The Handbook is the Intermediate book for that time. It has been taped up on the cover page to prevent the backing from tearing off. It has writing in the first page with the scouts name. I’ve had this in my collection for over 35 years.
