Vintage NOS Trico Vacuum Trunk Release - Unknown Application - Tested & Working

This listing is for the vacuum trunk release as shown
.  I have NO IDEA what it fits.  I was thinking GM, but it doesn't look like anything I've come across before.  I hooked my vacuum pump to it and it works great.  PLEASE check out the bracket carefully, along with the straight slotted arm and decide for yourself what it is for.  NOT returnable, so BE SURE you know what it is please
