    Description

    Presented today is this unusual Zuni Kachina doll, depicting the Hummingbird Kachina. Oddly, he wears a dress, like the Koroasta Kachina (which is also Zuni-derived) Standing 7 inches tall, he is carved by Bart Gaspar, of Zuni Village (Halona). This piece date from about 1970, and has some signs of wear consistent with its age.
